DeleteComments is a digital browser extension intended to find and delete the user's own comments and posts from Facebook.
3. License
The standard license is valid for 365 days and can be activated on up to 2 installations at the same time. The license does not renew automatically. Renewal requires a separate payment and extends the same key.
4. Price
The price is PLN 20.00 for 365 days. Tax is included in the price. The final amount is displayed in the checkout before payment is confirmed.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. After successful payment confirmation, the system automatically generates a new license key or extends the existing key in the case of a renewal.
6. Immediate delivery of digital content
Before proceeding to payment, the customer actively confirms:
- acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy,
- a request for delivery of the digital content / activation of the license to begin immediately after payment confirmation, before the end of 14 days,
- acknowledgment that after delivery of the digital content begins, the right of withdrawal may expire to the extent provided by applicable law.
7. Withdrawal, refunds, and complaints
Detailed rules are described in the Refund Policy. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds ever” rule. The customer's statutory rights, in particular rights relating to non-conformity of digital content or services with the contract, remain unaffected.
If a transaction is successfully refunded or reversed, the corresponding license may be blocked. If a renewal payment is refunded, the extension period corresponding to that payment may be reversed.
8. Requirements and Facebook
Facebook may change its interface and mechanisms and may apply its own limits. DeleteComments is not intended to bypass Facebook security measures. The licensing system does not require your Facebook password or 2FA codes. In post-deletion mode, selected posts are first moved to Facebook Trash. Before permanent cleanup, the extension displays a warning because the operation may also include items that were already present in Trash.

After payment, the customer receives transaction confirmation from the payment provider and access to information about the purchased license.

DeleteComments is not a Meta Platforms, Inc. product and is not sponsored, supported, or endorsed by Meta.
