Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid DeleteComments licenses. Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
2. Digital nature of the product
DeleteComments is a digital product. After successful payment confirmation, the license is delivered and may be activated immediately.
3. Right of withdrawal
Where required by laws applicable to the customer, before immediate delivery of digital content begins, the customer is asked to expressly consent to the start of performance and to acknowledge the consequences of the start of delivery for the right of withdrawal.
Where provided by law, the start of delivery of digital content after the required conditions have been met may result in the loss of the ordinary right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
4. Voluntary refund requests
The fact that a customer used DeleteComments to complete the intended task, no longer needs the license, or changed their mind after activation does not automatically create a right to a voluntary refund.
Refund requests may be assessed in accordance with Paddle rules, applicable law, and the circumstances of the specific transaction, including—where legally permitted—information about license delivery and activation.
5. Defective or non-conforming product
This policy does not limit the customer's statutory rights concerning defects, non-conformity of digital content or services with the contract, or other rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
6. Effect of a refund or chargeback
After a successful refund or chargeback, access corresponding to the reversed transaction may be withdrawn. For a refunded purchase of a new license, the key may be blocked. For a refunded renewal payment, the extension period corresponding to that payment may be reversed.
7. How to raise an issue
For matters relating to refunds, complaints, or payments, the customer may use support channels made available by Paddle or contact the seller:

8. Abuse
Attempts to obtain a refund by providing false information, repeatedly abusing refund procedures, or other abusive conduct may be challenged to the extent permitted by applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
